The position is responsible for providing effective customer service by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and communicating effectively with team members.
Responsibilities:
Handle sample requests from customers Provide timely customer service through phone, e-mail with the goal of retaining customer loyalty and increased business sales Create, maintain and adjust product specifications and prices in product literature and company's ERP system Handle quotes and related administrative tasks for current products and new product development Provide the most complete and up-to-date order status to customers Work with marketing manager to design innovative packaging and marketing material Support the sales and marketing department in organizing trade shows and marketing events Perform other duties as assigned by manager Bilingual in Mandarin and English preferred Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate's degree in business administration 1
year of related work experience in sales or marketing required Work experience in food service equipment is a plus Organized and detail-orientated, excellent communication and time management skills Ability to follow direction, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines Flexibility to work extended hours or travel as needed Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is a plus Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$54,488.
00 - $62,353.
