The lab currently focuses on the roles of transcription factors and nucleosomes in gene expression and other signaling pathways.
Our approaches include mammalian cell culture, molecular biology, biochemistry, and next-generation sequencing genomics techniques with human iPSC cells.
We also conduct large-scale CRISPR-Cas9 knockout screening to identify novel players in gene regulations.
We seek applicants who are self-motivated and career-oriented to join an exciting and highly interactive research team.
We offer an excellent research environment and dedicated mentoring, including the development and following of an Individual Development Plan.
The campus is located within one hour of New York and Philadelphia in a highly desirable area.

Qualifications:
Potential candidates should hold (or are about to obtain) a Ph.
D.
, or within three years after degree experience, with expertise in molecular biology, cell biology, or biochemistry.
Experience in epigenomic assays (e.

, ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq, Cut&Run, etc.
) will be viewed favorably.
Training opportunities for analyzing such genome-wide data sets are available.
