Corporate Sustainability Manager

The Corporate Sustainability Manager will create policies and standard operating procedures and ensure a consistent, coordinated approach to sustainability across every area of the Company.
Responsibilities include:
Develop sustainability strategies and processes and manage boots on the ground.
Provide design analysis, performance optimization on projects.
Develop and refine KPIs and metrics measuring sustainability Prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
Creates periodic and ad hoc reports on sustainability metrics Implement software to provide monthly and or annual sustainability stats to clients as needed Interfacing with Clients on a regular basis Provide general support to the growth of the Sustainability business, including client development as well as the strategic direction of our organization.
Performs other duties as required.

Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years related experience Ability to complete tasks on-time and on-budget, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Project management and direct client interface experience Working experience with sustainability concepts and certifications, Energy Star, LEED, etc Knowledge or experience with one or combination of following preferred:
Energy Star Certifications, Sustainability Standards and Environmental Claims, Energy Efficiency.
