Summary:
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Sales team.
Handles more complex, unusual, or critical inquiries and complaints.
Provides guidance (with regard to complex issues) to less experienced department members.
Reports to the Manger of Sales Support.
Essential Functions:
Create and maintain customer records in master database.
Liaise between the Sales team, Engineering, Purchasing, Service, and other departments (and systems) for price quotes and commercial terms.
Coordinate creation of drawings.
Prepare quotations (quotes) and process orders.
Input accurate pricing in the ERP/CRM system.
Assist in the demo and sampling process.
Support RFI/RFQ activities.
Support Tender Management.
Complete department projects.
Follow up and respond to queries (in a timely manner) from internal and external Customers relating to Lead to Order.
Support the sales team by assisting with systems, processes, and procedures and other administrative tasks.
Assist in coordinating customer and prospect meetings when necessary.
Create reports on sales targets, activity, and other related metrics.
Provide training and guidance for less experienced Sales Support Representatives and Customer Service Representatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Back-up for Customer Service:
Enter orders accurately.
Track order status and delivery date.
Interface between Operations, Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Update order reports.
Follow up of queries from customers relating to status of orders, availability of stock and related matters.
Support Complaints & Return and Quality departments.
Education:
Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and/or High School diploma (or equivalent) and minimum of 5 years' related experience.
Bio-Pharma (or similar industry) experience preferred.
ERP experience (Syteline preferred).
Required Experience & Competencies Must be self-motivated, amendable to a variety of work projects and work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
) skills.
Excellent math skills.
Experience using CRM & ERP Systems, Syteline knowledge is preferred.
Aptitude for working with technical data associated with product lines.
Dedicated to providing excellent client service.
Flexible to travel within the Company Group for trainings or meetings, if needed.
Pro-active customer communication (internally and externally).
Willingness to take responsibility.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
