Piscataway, NJ Piscataway, NJ Full-time Full-time From $15 an hour From $15 an hour 1 hour ago 1 hour ago 1 hour ago JOB DESCRIPTION The Blending & Production worker is to be responsible for preparing and mixing the appropriate ingredients required to produce finished dry Work in Process (WIP) and for packaging them into finished goods.
The quantities will be based upon schedules and production requirements.
This individual will be required to adhere to the HACCP code, and report deviations to the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Control flow of blended dry WIP to production lines.
Mix and blend ingredients to create based on formulation.
Perform quality checks as required.
Perform sanitation.
Maintain records.
Follow all policies and procedures, including All Safety Protocols and Requirements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED preferred) Work Experience in a Food Manufacturing environment is preferred, but not required Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, PCQI, Organic Handling a plus Strong Verbal Communication and Writing Skills a plus Skill Sets in Analytical and Risk Assessment Analysis a plus Verbal and Writing Fluency in both English and Spanish a plus Forklift Certification is a plus HOW TO APPLY Please submit a copy of your Resume and References Trans-Packers Services Corp.
