Summary:
Coordinates and prepares regulatory documents in accordance with industry specifics, company policies and customer requirements.
Provides customers as well as Agilex team members with regulatory and compliance support.
Maintains and updates all internal regulatory data information.
Leads interactions with customers and Agilex team members regarding regulatory and compliance issues.
Represents Agilex for select Industry Associations and is an active member on strategic committees.

Your key responsibilities Keep current on regulatory policies and procedures for the fragrance industry, maintaining constant awareness of impending changes in local or state legislation that may have notable implications and advise senior management of potential areas of concern.
Represent Agilex at industry organizations and associations, by Involvement with FCA, IFRA, RIFM, and associated groups such as ISSA, ACI, PCPC at determined by the Executive Committee.
Review Projects and give input from a Regulatory Point of View to Project Advancement Team, conduct safety reviews of fragrance formulas for regulatory compliance and customer specific requirements.
Work directly with Perfumers and evaluators on regulatory requirements for fragrance creation by reviewing formulas and application uses to assure regulatory compliance.
Responsible for data management including the retrieving and inputting of information of raw materials, as well as, ensuring internal OSHA Compliances are met.
Maintain and update documents to assure that all fragrance and product development raw materials have up to date SDS as well as any other required regulatory documentation and verify that all materials are properly classified.

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to details and ability to follow-through.

S.
degree in Science or Chemistry, Masters degree desired Minimum of 3 years experience in the fragrance, cosmetic or personal care industries with at least 2 years in a regulatory role Recommended Skills Attention To Detail Communication Data Management Laws Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Word Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
