Position Overview:
We are hiring a Technology Systems and Support Coordinator to drive digital innovation and transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Chief Information Officer and IT Services Team.
This role will oversee technology research, user experience testing, training, and deployment strategy to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key
Responsibilities:
Serve as the liaison between business sponsors and vendor implementation teams to ensure alignment of business needs with detailed requirements.
Coordinate with the IT department for infrastructure dependencies and integration design and development.
Lead implementation projects, including configuration review, testing, troubleshooting, and training, to ensure a positive customer experience and smooth transition to operations.
Conduct market studies and consumer research to evaluate and assess technology solutions throughout the implementation process.
Develop and track outcomes to measure performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong knowledge of application software, technologies, and networking systems.
Experience in configuring, testing, installing, and supporting hardware and software, along with system documentation management.
Preferred experience in the aging services field or health-related industry.
Demonstrated analytical skills, effective communication, and leadership abilities.
