We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle various front desk responsibilities in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently - Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department - Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services and amenities - Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Skills:
