Looking for a senior production
manager
with experience working in a high-volume ecommerce shop. Successful candidate will have experience facilitating the launch of dozens of new products per week.
Responsibilities also include:
- Serve as front door for new incoming products and website changes.
- Coordinate tasks for multiple team members.
- Track and report project and task status.
- Host multiple weekly meetings and track action items.
- Bridge multiple production teams to ensure no details fall through the cracks.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with design, usability, IT, and test teams to ensure clear scope and project progress.
- Work directly with technical teams.
- Lead project lifecycle through requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and launch.
- Occasional development of sitemaps, conceptual mockups, and flow diagrams.
- Work with large, geographically dispersed teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Information Technology.
- 5
years experience in ecommerce production.
- Excellent command of current ecommerce production process.
- Powerpoint wiz.
- Outstanding ability to solve business problems with website solutions (will want to hear a detailed example of this).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Oracle ATG Commerce platform and/or Endeca Experience Manager.
cepts and techniques along with the skills to establish priorities and define, plan and execute the activities necessary to reach project objectives
- Must have excellent communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
- Must have experience writing and managing business specifications, technical specifications, project plans, and other project documentation
- Must have experience managing multiple project phases and iterative development approaches
- Leads and directs the work of others
