End-to-End Systems Analysis and Design
o Analyze architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs
o Guide others to assess system usage trends and identify potential performance constraints with inter-system designs
o Evaluate solution's alignment with the end user experience
Software/ Application Development & Architecture
o Use complex algorithms to develop systems & applications that deliver business functions or architectural components
o Develop system architecture that improve designs & mapping form to function
o Educate team members about integrating systems collaboratively & efficiently
o MUST Have Solid working experience in Ajax/Javascript/HTML(5)/CSS(3) and an interest in cutting edge user interface design
o MUST Have Mobile UI / Hybrid UI experience for IOS / Andriod mobile devices.
o MUST Have Object-oriented JavaScript skills - be able to write modular Javascript code
o MUST Have Experience working on cross-browser on PC and Mobile platforms
Technical Communication
o Communicate the business value of technical solutions

Qualifications
o B.S. or equivalent work experience
o 3
years in related discipline
o Experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation
o Teamwork & collaboration skills to work across organizations and lead cross-functional teams
o Communication & stakeholder management skills
o MUST Have Solid working experience in Ajax/Javascript/HTML(5)/CSS(3) and an interest in cutting edge user interface design
o MUST Have Mobile UI / Hybrid UI experience for IOS / Andriod mobile devices.
