Responsible for technical design, development & delivery of new features and functionality
Understanding the overall purpose of the project and contribute in design, development, testing and maintenance.
Involve in test phases and work towards early resolution of defects and ensuring permanent fix
Technical Design, Develop and Implement Change Requests from Business
Design and Development
Work closely with the various teams to design, develop, deploy and support IDM solutions using Oracle Identity Manager.
Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle Products in IDM field.
Provide best practices and recommendations for Identity provisioning Certification, drawn from actual deployment experiences of the product.
Understand the end to end architecture and process flow
Understand Business requirement and involvement in design discussions
Result oriented approach with ability to solve issues
Proficient in performance improvement & fine-tuning J2EE implementations
Functional knowledge of IDM domain.
Governance and Compliance
Status reports sent out to all relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
Learning and Growth
Building and maintaining an expert understanding of the various stages of software development, enhancements, and support
Providing guidance and assistance to colleagues
Identifying and implementing areas of improvement for self and team.
Be able to assist other team members and peers within other technology teams
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years experience in Oracle Identity Manager 9.x or 11G
2+ years experience in core java and J2EE.
2+ years experience developing applications using Oracle, DB2 databases, and JEE application server platforms like JBoss or Weblogic, plus related Java/JEE IDEs like Eclipse
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of application automation using OIM
Expertise of JNDI, JDBC, Active Directory, Exchange, Oracle and MS SQL
Knowledge in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS.
Able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical / numeric skills
Ensuring all Change Management, Problem Management and Incident management policies are adhered

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
