Understand the end to end architecture and process flow
Understand Business requirement and involvement in design discussions

Proficient in performance improvement & fine-tuning J2EE implementations
Functional knowledge of domain.
Knowledge of BRMS systems

Status reports sent out to all relevant stakeholders on a timely basis

Building and maintaining an expert understanding of the various stages of software development, enhancements, and support
Providing guidance and assistance to colleagues

Basic Qualifications:
2+ years experience with large scale J2EE application design and development
2+ years experience with BRMS tools like DROOLS or similar software.
2+ years experience developing applications using Oracle, DB2 databases, and JEE application server platforms like JBoss or Weblogic, plus related Java/JEE IDEs like Eclipse.
2+ years hands on experience in Hibernate, EJB , Spring
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge in architecture, design patterns OOAD and UML
Knowledge in web services, XML, SOAP and JMS.
Knowledge in SOA based system development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical / numeric skills
Ensuring all Change Management, Problem Management and Incident management policies are adhered

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
