Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Group Director, U.S. Region Processing Center (RPC) located in Piscataway, NJ.
Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides contract management for the major to key health care customers, including hospital systems, group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides logistics and supply chain functions for Johnson & Johnson Medical Device & Diagnostics franchises.
The Group Director, RPC is responsible for leading the US Region Center (RPC). On behalf of the U.S. Region, the RPC manages the contracting chargeback, payment and specialty contract management functions for the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical markets. This function requires a strong focus on delivering high quality, timely and low cost results. The RPC leader will define a robust set of process and outcome metrics to provide transparency to franchises. This role requires experience in management of financial processes and working in a regulated, continuous process improvement framework. This leader works closely with internal/external audit to facilitate annual SOX audits including the remediation process for audit comments and facilitates customer audits. The RPC leader works closely with the Franchises and the Contract Competency Center to implement new process capabilities required to adapt to changing market conditions. The RPC leader requires strong people management skills to lead both internal and external resources.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. An Advanced degree, CPA or MBA is preferred. Process Excellence and financial certifications a plus. Sarbanes-Oxley, audit and healthcare compliance are preferred. A minimum of 10 years of business experience with at least five years in contracting is required. At least 3 years manager/supervisory experience are also required. Industry, financial and healthcare experience with commercial contracting and management of multiple business models is preferred. Experience with managing a large multi-function and multi-level department is required. Cited examples of major project management and technical/business process improvement experience as well as management of external contractors and consultants a plus.
Strong analytical and business background with financial experience and expertise in process analysis, Process Excellence and knowldedge of IM systems solutions are required. Strong problem solving and issue resolution capabilities, strong program management capabilities and business case analysis skills are also required. Strong leadership, influencing skills and the ability to partner with and manage diverse teams is required. Strong communication and presentation capabilities, knowledge of J&J businesses, financial regulations, contracting and health care compliance are also required.
This position is based in Piscataway, NJ and will require up to 10% domestic travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
