Sr. Programmer/Analyst:
Analyze, design, Develop, Code, perform, Test, Document, Modify and Maintain PeopleSoft
HCM/FSCM Modules, upgrade of Business apps. using PeopleSoft (HCM, FM, CRM),
Oracle, SQL Server and DB2. Create Pages, Components and Processes using App. Designer, App. Engine, Component Interface, Process Scheduler & Query tools on the versions 8.49/8.48/8.46. Work with custom connectors to integrate with third party apps. IB multi-threading & JMS Integration Architecture. Must have extensive exp. in HR, Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits, Benefits Admin, Self Service, and Talent Acquisition/Candidate Gateway. Extensively use AJAX and JavaScript to customize pages. Attend meetings for Business req. gathering. Provide mockups & monitor dev. efforts to ensure adherence to project plan. Perform tuning. Proficient in Module Dev., Interfaces, Conversion, and Data Migration. Well versed in writing and calling procedures within the People Code events and extensively use SQL, SQR, C, XML, XSLT, HTML. Create/Consume web services. Implement SSL encryption. Workflows, Interface Programs (SQR). Must have extensive exp. in HR, Payroll SAP R/3 4.7, SAP Solution Manager 4.0, Configure gateway for PeopleSoft, loading delivered connectors and define properties for target connectors at node-level to accommodate additional communication protocols. Generate outbound synchronous SOAP doc and manipulating response using SOAP doc classes. Conversion of Benefits and Payroll legacy data. HP Quality Center (QC), HP Load Runner, SOAP UI Pro, (QTP) Quality Center, Microsoft Agile Methodology, HP Service Test, Selenium and Bugzilla Exp. for tracking all the issues. Experience with QA Methodology and QA Validations to ensure the Quality Assurance Control.
5 yrs exp. BS with Comp. Science or Electronics Engg or MS or equivalent in Comp. Science with min. 3 years exp. as S/W Engineer/App. Programmer lead/ Programmer/ Analyst or related.
