This position contributes to the success of the PepsiCo business by maximizing volume and revenue performance in a pre-determined territory. This person will have the responsibility of leading a team of sales representatives to drive for superior marketplace execution and customer service, share growth and profit performance.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Daily sales execution of the PepsiCo portfolio within assigned geography
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Manage, motivate and inspire frontline sales team associates
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Maximize volume and revenue in a pre-determined territory
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Cultivate strong relationships with customers
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Coach and lead a team of sales representatives on selling and display execution, merchandising standards, and ensure accurate and timely orders are submitted
Education and Certifications:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Bachelor's Degree and/ or equivalent work experience
Work Experience:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Minimum of 4 years of sales experience; preferably with a consumer packaged goods organization
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Minimum of 2 years of fact-based direct selling experience preferred
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Previous people management experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities preferred
Skills & Capabilities:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to work within fast-paced environment.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Excellent analytical ability.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skills.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Seasoned in conflict management.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Strong computer skills.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
