Summary
This position reports directly into the CFO of iconectiv. The objective of this position is to provide financial support and oversight for the NPAC product group and other general CFO related assignments on an as needed basis. Initially the position will assume responsibility for overall financial planning, forecasting and tracking of development costs and will require interfacing with the current CFO organization for support to ensure proper total company consolidation and consistent iconectiv reporting compliance. It will also be responsible for tracking incurred cost to planned budget and monthly variance explains and will provide support and guidance on weekly time charging, Purchase Order creation, expense classification and the proper capitalization of purchased assets. As the product moves towards production this position will be responsible for ensuring the proper financial interfaces, controls and procedures are created to allow a seamless integration into existing reporting systems and procedures.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily financial operations of the NPAC product organization
Consolidate monthly results and variance analysis related to plan for the NPAC product organization
Responsible for all strategic and current year financial forecasting for the NPAC product organization

Qualifications:
Minimum 10-15 years experience within a corporate environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task on several projects
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel
Customer focused, results oriented, and a team player
Prior experience with NetSuite ERP and reporting capabilities including budgeting
Ability to juggle multiple projects at once, last minute requests and quick turnarounds with a positive attitude
Ability to drive processes and adhere to extremely tight deadlines due to parent company reporting requirements
Ability to organize and manage long-term projects
Exposure to implementing process and system(s) improvements
