Logistics / Freight / Trucking - Sales Executive
NJ Asset & 3PL Freight Company - Piscataway, NJ
We have two (2) positions to fill at our Edison, New Jersey headquarters.
We are an asset based trucking company with a 3PL division. We operate as a national carrier, providing truckload, LTL, logistics / brokerage, warehouse, drayage, consolidation, distribution, and timely delivery service.
We are seeking highly motivated experienced Sales Executives with proven success.
Unlimited / uncapped commission potential.
We offer an attractive benefits package which, includes a base salary with quarterly commission, health / dental / disability / life / accident insurance, retirement plan, personal days, vacation, holidays, car allowance, , etc.
Starting base salary range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year depending on experience.
No relocation is provided.
The Sales Executive must be energetic, a self-starter, competitive and have the drive to succeed. The successful executive must have strong skills in the following areas: Lead Development, Qualifying, Solutions, Sales Presentations, Closing, Customer Relations, Account Management, Account Development, and Communication.
Requirements:
Must have a solid sales work history in the trucking / logistics industry.
Must have Entrepreneurial outlook and attitude
Demonstrated success in developing and winning new accounts.
Must have a strong work ETHICS, be self motivated and confident.
Must have an excellent communication (written & verbal) and relationship building skills.
Must be able to work closely with customers, dispatchers and management.
Must have high energy, be a team player, and provide leadership is a must.
Must possess strong analytical ability, and PC skills (including Microsoft office products)
Must be able to develop sales and marketing: presentations, flyers, brochures,, etc.
Must be willing to do some travelling and entertaining.
